You own your own data – we only analyze aggregate data. Terms and conditions are detailed in the licensing agreement.
How long does it take to create a platform from start to finish?
After we receive your organizational assets, it takes approximately 1-2 weeks to set up your Powered By platform.
Will the platform data sync to my CRM?
Depending on the CRM you use, we can work with you on a customized export that will allow you to easily upload your data. If you want to talk API integration – let’s chat!
Do I need a dedicated staff person to implement the platform?
We definitely recommend having someone who can champion the platform in your organization – and who is our point of contact for our Customer Success Team to ensure we’re helping you maximize the Powered By OneTable platform.
What's the tech support?
A member of our Customer Success Team will be your primary support for strategizing on both engagement and platform. As a team, you will develop methods of meeting your own engagement goals and leveraging relevant data. Your CSM also works directly with our product and program teams to ensure any questions are answered quickly and you are receiving the highest level of support.
